GIVING JOBS IN DETROIT TO AN OUT OF STATE FIRM IS WOEFULLY IGNORANT OF THE ECONOMIC MILIEU. BEAT SAFEWAY WITH BETTER SERVICE AND A BETTER PRICE TO THE DISTRICT WHILE KEEPING THE JOBS IN DETROIT-THEN I WOULD SAY OUT WITH SAFEWAY-UNTIL THEN I AM SAYING THE SAFEST BET IS SAFEWAY TRANSPORTATION AND ITS CEO PATRCIA WHITLOW.
